    In relation to Adsense and SEO, if anyone clicks adwords linked to my site, does this increase my point in the SEO thing?

    No, it has no effect on where you rank in the search engines. All it does is bring more traffic to your site through advertisements.

    Any link which is in javacript (which is the case here), cannot pass the link juice. Hence it cannot be used for SEO thing.

    No, the link within an ad unit will not be crawled by Google bot or other SE bot, and hence has no indication to SEO.
