Adwords and Adcenter vouchers 50 euros

I don't think it's against the rules haven't seen anywhere such a statement.

 

Beware Google will terminate Adwords accounts if they think their voucher system is being abused.

If you think it is worth the risk then go ahead but be prepared to lose your account.

 

If the coupon is intended for a specific use or tagged and you use it, it may flag your account - which is the absolute last thing anyone wants.

Can be used with any accounts world wide US,UK,CANADA,AUSTRALIA etc.
yes there may be risk that google may be ban your account if you try to use lot of accounts may be more than 15 or some thing. But my self I have used at least 10 accounts sofar. If you don't promote same URL in multiple adwords accounts should be fine. Better create different accounts with different proxies.
