Adwords Alternatives - For adult ads?

    Please I would like some advise. Im looking for Adwords alternatives as I need to know alternatives as I want to adtervise sites that may be against Googles TOS.

    Im not just looking for other services similar to Adwords, im looking to adtervise adult sites.

    you can use adwords for adult sites.
    there is adengage and black label ads.

    u cant use adwords for all types of adult sites.

    Adword not approve keyword that relate porn or sex.
    And they are not allow adult site, too. :D

    Does anyone know the waiting period for Adult Ads? It lists they need to be approved - timeframe?
