Adwords+Affiliate without Google Slap

Adwords doesn't allow affiliate links in landing pages. So I found some tutorial which explains how to do it without slap. Look at this: http://www.yourincomepotential.com/ppc-adwords/adwords-affiliate-slap-defeated.html

I don't understand first diagram. Can I:

1. User enters his name and email. Than I redirect him to sale page.
2. User enters his name and email. Than I redirect him to "thak you" page with message like: "You will get information soon, bla, bla...". Autoresponder send email message to user with hyperlink to sale page.

Which option is allowed by Google Adwords? Can I use combination od these 2 options?

Google also doesn't like squeeze pages with opt-in boxes. It's better to offer something (for free) on the landing page, and that link leads to the email opt-in box.

 

If too many restriction, I will pass Adwords. So much wasting time.
