Does Google allow affiliate links to be used as the URL for adwords campaigns or is that a no-no? What about Yahoo?

What if we advertise our webpage (domain.com/aboutsomething.html) which will redirect straight to affiliate page?

I guess now the destination & display URL need to be the same. So if you are using a redirect on your landing page you still might get slapped.... Probably its just best to create your landing page that way you get the stats and you control what your visitor sees..

You can sometimes use the Affiliate Offers URL as your display URL..

Otherwise the best thing seems to buy a 3 or 4 letter .com and then run your affiliate offers off sub-domains and via html or htaccess redirect the visitor to the affiliate landing page.

    Something like

    Dating.xyz.com

    Ringtones.xyz.com

Also from what I and a few others are seeing the sub-domain method shows improved CTR%....

    :)
