Adwords & Adsense charges + refunds?

    I have been reading a few posts about Google not paying out on Adsense accounts due to fraudulent clicks but people only find out when their ballance reaches $100.

    While I dont have a problem with Google not paying out on fraudulent clicks I wonder if the people who where running the Adwords accounts actually got any refunds?

    Has anyone running a Adwords account ever received a refund? I certainly havent.
