    If you are using an account with free vouchers it may have been suspended, if you are actually paying with your cash then give google a call and theyll have it up and running in minutes.

    This is correct, while Search network ads run, content network don't run.

    We are not talking here about content network ads - we are talking about search network ads - Diagnostic Tool is for Search Network ads only. ;)
