My company sell BMW aftermarket parts. We are not official re-seller and its clear that we can't use "BMW" keyword in our ad copy.

But, are we allowed to use cars model numbers in ads ? Here's an ad copy as an example:

    Unique M3 Accessories
    Aftermarket Parts for M3 Cars.
    Description line 2 ...
    displayurl/m3-parts
    Your help would be appreciated.

You have to ask a qualified attorney. Only licensed attorneys are legally permitted to provide legal advice.

This is a tricky question, obviously your sales will increase if you do so, but you don't want to deal with those companies, must check the legal matter first before you take any action.

While your ads maybe more generic, nothing forbids you from BIDDING on all those keywords.
You deal with a niche that's exactly suitable for that, and if your ads clearly show you're not BMW, that's an advantage. I don't want a BMW part for thrice the cash. It's not the 90's.

Moreover, you have the whole aftermarket niche, with all its keywords.|

All in all, I think you have a great campaign you can run.

Furthermore, try and run it on 2nd tier PPC programs.
