AdWords Ad Extensions - How do you track performance?

Currently I'm able to tracking keywords using an inhouse solution for AdWords. Example:

    www.nutrietcor.com?tracking=kw0001, www.nutrietcor.com?tracking=kw0002, etc.

that would show afftrack in the affiliate program.

This works great for the search part of AdWords.

I've tried using the next Ad Extentions, Sitelinks with similar tracking
    www.nutrietcor.com?tracking=sitelink0001, www.nutrietcor.com?tracking=sitelink0002, etc.

I've spent $100 on these links, and not one sale has come through for tracking=sitelink###

Is this because the site links are tracked by the keyword? It doesn't make sense that the tracking keywords would be keyword related and not link related; however I'm not seeing any results.

Anyone tracking sitelinks that can offer advise?

Thanks; however I"m looking to track the sitelinks use and results. It appears that the site links get a great CTR, but do not sell products.

I'm discontinuing use. It's a waste of money!

The reason I"m not using the keyword tracking tool in analytics is that I also record the adgroup, campaign, a/b testing, clicked product, match type, and page exited.

like : advert=ggle-msn-etc&match={MatchType}&mobile={ifmobile:[m]}&adgroup=c1&kword=g0000 and then more info once they are on the page.

    and &content={ifcontent:[d-{placement}]} when applies.
