Same here i think they have a backlog as they have just come back from holidays, so hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Have you checked using the Ad Diagnostic Tool in the TOOLS section?

If not, shoot support an email, you may be stuck in the manual review que

While optimization is always a good idea I highly doubt that your campaign needs optimization so badly that you are getting zero impressions. You are mostly likely caught in G's slow-moving review que.

One of the most frustrating parts about Adwords is that Google treats people like it is doing them a favor by letting them advertise. Waiting for email responses from them can sometimes be a long process. Just their way of letting you know how unimportant your business is to them.

I hope they start running for you soon.

    Good luck.

Well i think the same cause the email reply i got was very disappointing and it seemed that they don't really care. but who knows soon ther might be a real AD challenger for Google and then i hope they come to know about the importance of their customers.....

I'm having this problem too. Usually they review ads and either approve them or disapprove them within 12 hours. I submitted my ads on Saturday, now its Wednesday, and my ads show as active, keywords ok, etc... but no impressions yet.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a severe delay/ backlog in the Adwords approval queue?

i contacted them and then i got suspended, they wont tell me why they just keep saying we reserve the right to suspend accounts for any reason. Thing is i have read over and over the t & cs and i cant see where i have broken the rules. So i am confused and have no idea whats going on at adwords.

are the KWs you're using getting high volumes on the google keyword tool?? If they're only getting small numbers then most likely no one has searched for your KWs!

my keywords are definitely high volume keywords, and I'm very familiar with Adwords, been using it for years. But now, it's been 5 days with no activity on my new keywords. Very strange. Anybody else experiencing big delays when submitting new campaigns?
