adwords acct not working,can't spend more than 35$/day!

    Hello guys.

    My adwords camp daily budget is 250$,but adwords won't display ads when 35$ spent each day and their diag tool displays this error:
    "You have reached and exceed your budget":eek:

    Acct billing method is PREPAID and I added 750$ to account,but always see this error..acct balance is 200+ right now.

    any idea?

    why this camp can't spend more than 35$/day with this adwords account??

    Ad position and QS is great and ad run only for 2 or 3 hours/day.

    how long you had this account? did you have any other adwords account before that?

    adwords has daily credit policy which starts at $50 a day, then it increases to $200 a day, then $350, and finally to $500. but not sue that applies to prepay accounts as well or not.

    new account..but google account is too old(2006) ; I used my old gmail account with this adwords account .

    Hi,

    I suggest you login to your Google AdWords account, and click the 'Contact Us' tab at the top right.

    Choose the 'Payments and Billing' option, and you will be taken to a page where you can explain your problem and an AdWords support person will help you out via email.

    Remember, you are a paying customer to Google and you will find they will investigate and help you sort the problem out. They have to.

    When stuck with an issue that I can't find an answer to, I use their support 'Contact Us' system and it has being a great help to me over the years.

    just contact them .. but strange that not only one who have the problem

    anyway contact them , they will tell you why !
