Adwords account questions

    Hi guys,

    First of all, sorry if I repeat questions which were posted here before.

    1. How can I get a Google AdWords account with no VAT?
    2. What are the procedures of getting aprooved to promote products with words like erectile dysfunction? I mention that it's not viagra, generic and stuff.
