Good luck on that - getting a new account is relatively easy - but you have to make sure it in no way associates with you, or your old account. They will track and trace it back to you and shut it down again if they catch you.

dude... that SUCKS big time! Lucky me that I save my campaigns to AdWords Editor With new xls sheets regularly so I at least have some control over what happening here.

You can only basically "cry and get back up", because your AdWords account is over.. get a new one in your name or middle name instead.

It sounds like you've been through the Adwords game at least once. I contacted vcc_zone, but quite honestly, I'm a little paranoid about anything originating in Russia. I managed to change my IP address, however I have logged into my old account with it. Also, I have an Adsense account. If I open up a new Adwords account with someone elses name, address, cc, etc., do you think they can associate the new account to my AdSense account if I put up a campaign for a site that is running my AdSense ads. Sounds complicated, but I'm now paranoid about the Google Gestapo.

Have you ever had an Adwords account "suspended?" -- which actually means cancelled? If so, what did you do to get a new one, because I know that "suspended" means permanent banishment.

How does the whole "creating a new account" method works?
You're still advertising the same SITE after all right? Wont google realize it may be the same person since the URL is probably going to be the same anyways?

Have anyone experience google BANNING site or URL?

    Please advise.

Ok my account has never been cancelled but I'm pretty sure I know what to do if yours is, you have to go start a "small business", get a business license and get something in that business's name, it could just be a bank account that has a visa or mastercard check card. I'm pretty sure you can register as a business with adwords (why wouldn't you be able to) so just register as a business, put a PO box as your contact and get a VOIP phone number, the name you give them won't matter since they probably won't look into that since you would just be a representative of that company.

I've already tried opening a new account using my mother's name, address, credit card, and even got a new IP address. So far, I have two campaigns up but neither of them are showing any impressions after approximately 12 hours. One campaign is one I had up with my old account, the other is entirely new. I don't how they are connecting me to the account, but it seems they are. They aren't even taking into account the fact that I might be paying someone to manage the account for me. This is really disturbing to me, and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.

Did you check your CPC? Will it be because its too low? Did you try advertising with another URL? (Just in case they are connecting your accounts with the URL you're advertising). I believe in your case, you will have to test out every possible issue, one-by-one, to find out what's the problem really is.

I've just opened a few accounts and they are all working fine. Also, by looking at the Buy&Sell > Vouchers section, I constantly see vouchers are selling fast. Thats a sign of people being able to open multiple working accounts. I hope this helps. Good luck.
