Yes it is accessible from China.

The only restriction for AdWords advertisement for China is if you're adversing the following products in China no matter where in the world you are located:

Actually what I'm wondering is if I'm in China for work, can I access the AdWords admin panel. Google.com is banned. Is the admin panel? Chinese use google.cn.

actually google.com doesnt have censorship as far as i can tell.. google.cn does definatly use it. i got the same results out of china and in china for things like tianmen square on google.com not sure if i typed chinese though... The chinese gov just blocks any website they dont want anyhow, like wikipedia.com!! pisses me off, gotta use a anonymous redirector every time i go to wikipedia which is every couple days.

Wow, that's really enlightening! Are you just a visitor there? Apparently they have teams to look for people browsing other sites.

been here for two years. i dont think the government here cares if a couple of the techy people know how to get around the firewall. They're more worried about everybody being able to do it. I assume if the chinese gov figures out a site that allows anonymous entry they would try to get rid of it.
