Adword Vouchers?

    All the vouchers in the buy/sell section, is there a catch to them. Why are they so cheap and what is the difference between receiveing an account and coupon?

    Can someone explain. Ive never used Adwords before but am interested

    They get them free somewhere by signing up to offers or similar. There is not catch except you have to use them (sometimes) on a new adwords account. I'm not sure if this is against googles TOS but very many people do this.
