adword vouchers how it works?

Do i need to have a credit card and signup a new google adword before using the adword voucher?

is adword voucher just a code that i enter in google and it increase my balance for spending on ads?

or i just can use it to create a google adword account no need credit card?

OK so if one uses all the credit one has on addwords and gets a new voucer. Can I use the same account or do i need to open a new account? Or can i just enter a new voucher number in the account that I allready have??

 

You can use the vouchers on accounts are not older than 14 days. Yuo pay 5$ for creating account (from credit card). 5$ for voucher redeem (reduces from voucher value).

 

So then i have to cancel the old account.. and then open a new one with the same CC number as I only have one CC. Does that work

 

You can use same CC number with 3 accounts. IF you need more help about adwords you can pm me.
