Adword keyword result

    hey i m just confused that i think if any body want to search about property then he/she will search any local area property like soain property, noida property . but no one will search only "PROPERTY" then why adword show more and more searches for Property and many less searches for local property

    People do search for generic terms like these, as they can mean different things to different folks. In your case it means "Real Estate" to others it may mean "Personal Property" or anything else. Ignore what generics look like and concentrate on keyword phrases 2,3,4 words.

    It may be true that people are conducting local searches as you suggest. However, the common keyword in all of these searches is "property". Therefore, the broad keyword of "property" will be search for far more than the geo-targeted keywords. DO NOT BID on such a generic keyword though. You will find a much higher percentage of buyers as you get more specific with your keywords. Best of luck.
