Adword account suspended because of....

Every time I am trying to do a Google search, they want me to put a code and said a malware program is trying to do the search, I know I am becoming so automaic just like a program when trying to search. After my Adword account had stopped working, talked to them, I got a response from Google today. Have this happened to you before? The funny thing is, my Adword campaign is on review of Malware/Spyware/Adware tools.

    Hello,

Thanks again for chatting in yesterday. I've confirmed that the reason you
are unable to view your ads is because we have temporarily suspended your
account after detecting unauthorized access to your account. Based on
this, we believe that your computer, any computer used to access your
account, and/or any computer used to click on your ads may have been
surreptitiously infected with and compromised by malicious software
    ('malware').

Your account has been temporarily suspended while we investigate. At this
time we ask that you read this email carefully for the instructions
provided. Below we compiled some information on how you can check if your
computer is infected. If you wish to continue advertising while we are
investigating, please follow steps provided at the bottom of this email.

    I. Common Symptoms of Malware

    - unwanted redirects
    - pop-up advertisements
    - altered Google search results
    - the addition of unwanted browser toolbars or side-search bars
    - slow speeds

    II. Programs for Detecting Malware

We suggest some well-known programs below that can detect and remove such
malware. Google has no connection with these companies and can't comment
on their effectiveness. We can tell you, though, that trying all of these
programs often makes a difference, as does having the latest versions.

Clean your computer with an Antivirus.

    Clear your browser history(cookies,cache,etc)

    Change your IP.

Might help, but I am not sure

    Nice software > http://www.ccleaner.com/

Thank you all for the kind responses, well said, I have installed spyware doctor and others, fine on my PC.

I got a call from Google on Thursday night, they verified everything on me - my address, closest cross street, my ISP, my credit card expiration date, then she went further, asked me what a|Adword campagins I am doing, how many Adword accounts I have. I told her the truth, I have three Adword accounts, I opened the 2rd one because the 1st one didn't work anymore, I opened the 3rd one per Google advice on Wed. because the 2rd one suspended on Malware warning.

From what she said, I believe Google was suspecting some automtic clicks on Google Adword ads from my IP. After I told her what I advertised, in the end, she was satisfied with my answers, she said my ads should be run on Friday.

But my ads were still not running on Friday. I called Google, they said they found another problem on my account, it is with my credit card, they said my credit card is linked/being used by another Google Adword account. Of course, it was used in my old Adword accounts with some balances. They said they're investigating it., they did say they know how many accounts I have. But this waiting game is really hurting my nerves, maybe by next week they'll get back to me with an approval. Google is getting so suspecious on my account, maybe they have too much information on me, or maybe just want me to go back to Yahoo.

ADD: After reading another thread on Adwords here a few minutes ago, now I figured out why Google think there was a malware kept clicking Google Adword ads. Maybe it was Affiliate Elite and another program I used to figure out what Keywords the competitors are using, and of course, these programs also clicked my own ads, LOL.

So everytime I run these programs, these programs click competitor's Ads to figure out what keywords they use. Since I am doing like 20 different campaigns and doing research on the competitors with keyword programs, so go figure what Google see from my IP :)

Don't use some crappy programs to help you find "BEST" keywords, bla bla bla, etc, etc. Be serious.

When you stop using your Adwords account, cancel it first, then create a new one. Don't create many accounts, without canceling the ones that you don't use anymore.

Google will suspend all the accounts.

Finally my Google Aword account is back to normal. I have to use a credit card, the old credit card is denied by Google for some reason. Called my bank, they said the card is fine.

Now my new ad had ran for an hour. But the traffic stats is so different between Google reports and my landing website. Paused for two hours, Google reported 88 hits, my landing site (which reports in real time) only reported got 67 hits with 23 unique IPs. I know someone could click it mutiple times. I never paid any attention to the stats in the past because I knew Google would deal it fairly. Now this makes me think I should audit the traffic more often. In this case, would you talk to Google about the difference or just wait for Google to deal with it?

Google reporting is not real-time, it can be delayed for 2-3 hours.
