Adword Account Suspended because of Billing Info not verify

    I am facing trouble in Adword voucher. I do not use CC or VCC in just enter coupon in the billing section and adword suspend me because of billing address verification.

    Any idea how to avoid Billing suspensions?

    mine is use VCC to overcome address verification first and then add voucher.
    however, recently GA are blocking voucher
