I started my adword campaign since the 15th of March, everything was fine till the 20th when I login and could not see any clicks or impressions data up till now, emails to adword support has no reply, basically the only change I had done was to add in one keyword to my ad group. I login from home and work, will that affect my account due to the different IPs?
How long have you been using this account? If this is activated by real credit card, then i don't think the IP is the issue here. Just my opinion. You can wait a few days more and see if it shows again. I experienced instances when my ads won't show any impression in a day but will show up again the next day.
You're probably not getting a response because it's Easter weekend. As to your account, what does the Ads Diagnostic Tool say?
sorry but how do I get to the diagnostic tool? Also I use a VCC to activate this account, could it be the problem? I got a voucher for $50 activated.
yup you are right I just got a msg from G that my account was banned, what steps should I watch out for when using these VCC activated adwords accounts? Any advise?
