Adware software and Adsense.

    Hi folks,

    I've a adware desktop application with a small website promoting the application. A browser is embeded within the app and currently displays ads from another ad-serving company. If I point the app's browser to a page on my website with a small amount of content and Adsense ads, will it violate the TOS? The purpose of the app is directly relevant to the content of the ad page.

    I think it will because your forcing users to view the ads via software. Probably best to send google an email first.

    highly likely. you arent allowed to have adsense ads in any executable program. if you would have read the tos you would have known that.
