Well I have a website and there is this Keyword I'd like to obtain very much ( Guess it from my signature ) Now I am today number 2 at google yetserday i was number 7 and the day befor the i was number #5.

Anyways ignore the google dance. its been like that for over 3 month.

My question is: Do you think I should change my topics now to somthing like

    1) "My Keyword And-some-other-text"

    Or To change it too

    2) "ONlY KEYWORD" <-- I don't advise, but let see what you think

    OR

    3) Not to change a damn think just get more links

I already change my topics to option number one if you guys can help me because google scans me every damn day.

When you say topics, do you mean anchor text? If so rotate this reguarly with several variations on your keyword. Include plurals and add in additional text.

I'd concentrate on doing most of your SEO off-page, and not cannibalize your own site too much, which will reflect badly on your image.

Agree, if you're ranking okay already don't make any on-page changes. You can fine tune your optimisation using IBLs

Well I also agree with you but I can't seem to get that TOP #1.
And key density is also importent.

Anyways Thank for you great advise. I went with the changes but had no effect what so ever.

I would agree with the above. If you get to a point where you have decent rankings, leave well enough alone. Focus on building new content and getting more inbound links from quality sources.

Once I get a site/page performing decent, I leave it. Months will go by and the page will rise and fall and eventually settle in. Playing the tweaking game is just too much work if you ask me...;-)
