Invictak just purchased a package I'm selling here on DP. We had some email problems, and when invictak mentioned in the thread that he just bought the package, I PM'ed him instantly, to make sure he received the email with the details for his downloads. He replied, stating he didn't, so I created a download link for him and he went ahead and downloaded the package. Due to technical incompetence (nothing to be ashamed off) he didn't manage to get the things installed. Out of 30 customers this week, I had one with the same problem. That guy contacted me and we got it sorted in minutes. Invictak figured it was better to file a dispute with PayPal, claiming he never received the package which was obviously a lie. Here's a screenshot from his 'reasoning' in paypal: As you can see, he changes his reason from 'have not received anything' to 'Goods don't work' in a matter of minutes. Then I receive a PM where he again admits he did receive the goods, threatens me with a chargeback via creditcard, telling me how upset paypal would be with me, and he starts crying about some ebooks he bought from someone on DP, which he thought were crap. Tough luck, but that's got absolutely nothing to do with what he bought from me. Guess he became frustrated. Here's his reply: As you can see, he agrees its all valid reasoning. And he's got experience with getting his money back through chargebacks. (wonder why, guess I wasn't the first one he scammed.) Now for his last reply on Paypal, all the valid reason I had, which he agreed to, seems gone and I'm the scumbag all over sudden?! I am going to refund Mr Wesley Lin's money, he's going to keep the package he 'bought' from me and that's the end of it. Just figured I'd warn you people before you start to do business with him, he might waste your time and steal your products too.
Ok. So for the past 20 minutes when you said you'd refund me, you were busy with this. Says alot, huh? Score! Another false promise made by bobmeetsworld. And let's just avoid the part where you claimed to have resell rights. Not including it, eh? Is it because in your own posts here you said it was only the admin panel you have of theirs. lol. You. Horrible. If I was truly a scammer, hey, I'd have made another account by now. - Should I post the links to previous people I've bought from? No problems like this. By the way, I seem to recall you telling me to stop crying. What's this? We're both just so immature, huh? Hahaha. All right, have fun. I'm not going to lose sleep over my internet reputation. I've got resell rights, as stated in the sales thread, twice. Smoke and mirrors won't help you. Just admit it, you're a scammer. Good job trying to insinuate things in my iTrader too. Possibly?
