I've got a number of keywords I want to target the main one is "window film" but Id also like to target two others "window tint" and "window tinting".

If the link I create back to my home page has the title "window film, window tint and window tinting" will that help improve my ranking for all these 3 keywords to my home page (obviously assuming its a good link) or should I have a specific link for the phrase "window film" and forget about the other two (window film is the one I really want to concentrate on first?

Also my company name is vision window films so the term window film without the "s" is within this so will the back link title of vision window films be exactly the same as window film for helping to improve my ranking for that keyword?

You should choose one keyword, not all of them. I suggest you to use google keyword toll and see which keyword has more searches for month, and then you will know what keyword to use...;)

thanks for that, I was going to go with "window film" as this is the best keyord for me however I window tint and window tinting are closely behind it so I didnt know if I could get 3 links for 1 insertion by adding them all together, but maybe its not possible from your suggestion

It is not like that. Imagine you choose this keywords:
    Main keyword: window film
Other keywords: "window tint" and "window tinting".

Optimize your content for the three keywords but try to have your domain: windowfilm.com
Your H1 tag must be: window film
Put your title as window film | window tint | window tinting
Put the 3 keywords in your description tag
The 3 keywords bolded in your content.
Now build backlinks with this anchor text:
    40% window film
    10% window tint
    10% window tinting
10% combine those keywords as: window film and window tint, window film tint, window tinting film and so on
30% non targeted anchors as: pess here, click here, interesting site, website, visit this site, and several usernames...

Roxita shows you exactly what you wnat to do. Just make sure to use different text so it is not same one all the time when you add links to other sites.

You are concentrating on highly searched volume keywords. All 3 keywords you mentioned are highly competitive also. It will take much time for you to come to top on these keywords. You can try "window tint film" and
"window tint car". These are medium searched keywords and less comp. so you can easily come on top.

And don't ever do this:"window film, window tint and window tinting". Keep using variations of the keywords and do not use all keywords in one. Also do not use and in the keywords.

Roxita explained it well, how to create link titles for better SEO purpose. To create good link title you have to use variation of text, not just one keyword repeated over and over.
