Advisability of using unicode characters in web pages

    Do you see any problems with compatibility or readibility
    if I decide to shove some 8 bit unicode characters in my
    web page, or will I loose some viewers?

    Just be sure your server outputs the proper response header for utf-8. Else, the browser will not recognize the out of range characters.
