Advices needed for my adsense ad placement

I just start using Adsense program not for long. So I don't know if my ads replacement is ok or not.

Can someone please give me some advices on my adsense ads replacement? Are they looked ok with my blog design?

your ads blending is really very good. i think there is nothink to improve. you must fcus on hits

 

Nice blended ad's placement, I would recommend you to place half banner ad unit just above the post listings.

Did you mean the half-banner ad would be added to homepage? Cos, I have used all 3 adsense ad units on my homepage. If you meant that, which ad unit should be taken out?

Is this ok if I place the half-banner ad to my post page (sub page), just after the post title?

Should I move Adsense ad unit from the bottom of my post page to the top of my post page, right below the post title.
