Maybe for a start, you can put the url in your signature. If you do participate in other forums, do include the url over there as well. Other than that, you can also use directories.

hi, I think learning WordPress can help you. Because you need to change the layout quite often if you want to blog properly. Get a book on WordPress or visit Lynda.com and search for wordpress tutorial. It will take a week to grab the functionality of WP. Then you don't need anybody.
