    I see no benefit in what they have to offer in return, and would not link from my *homepage* of all pages to anything that wasn't the most valuable resource for my visitors.

    jim why not make a link directory on your site? basically a links page with different categories and then it might not help with pr but might count towards your link backs...

    just an idea... :)
