So I have my site on page one for my keyword but according to Google Analytics I get 10-20 visits a day ALL between midnight and 1 am and I don't get anything else after that. (I know because when I check between midnight and 1 am I have x amt of visits for the day and it doesn't change until after midnight the next day). What could be the cause of this? I recently added an auto blog which has really helped my bounce rate but it hasn't fixed this problem. Also My main products is the E-Book I am selling but I haven't made anything off the site yet. Any advice to help market this would be great. I know I need a squeeze page and I am working on getting one. Should I take my amazon store and adsense out to limit the clutter? http://build-up-muscle-fast.com thanks for any advice.
Sounds like you need to do some proper keyword research. Finding the right keywords takes a lot of effort, you need to get some help from friends or family with keyword ideas. You are probably too close to the product to know what search terms people really use. When you have your short list of keyword ideas you want to compare the volume of searches with the competition for these keywords. Ideal choices will have high search volume and low competition. Remember it's easy to be top for keywords that don't perform very well.
Maybe I'm missing something, but... what's the keyword that you rank high for? You did not mention it in your post. (Is it the keyphrase in the URL?) After knowing the answer I'll be able to give more advice, perhaps.
keyword is build up muscle, has over 18000 global monthly searches and low competetion, I know I can rank top three as I am 10 now, just confused as to why my visits are all between midnight and 1 am and looking for advice on marketing the E-Book. Are there any recommendations on a free squeeze page layout for wordpress that's simple to use? And back to keywords, I also rank # 6 for build up muscle fast. I believe I can rank top 3-5 for both soon after some more high pr backlinks are added. Thanks for your help.
try Google but i doubt that you'll find anything worthy .... And from what i saw you definitely need to improve (rewrite) your sales page... but before that check your google stats and see how many hits do you get on that sales page, because if you get only few you'll need to change basically your whole approach...
