Thank you for putting this, I get very upset when individuals think it's funny to run over animals and birds, which many do unfortunately in Britain. I am also very shocked and appalled by the amount of people I have witnessed running over animal and birds and driving off. Life is precious and valuable to us all, be us human or animal we feel pain and fear. Though there are many hit and run incidents in Britain involving people. If you can't even stop for a fellow human being then an animal stands no chance in the scheme of things. Accidents happen and I would never criticise someone who by no fault of their own hit an animal, but why is it so hard for people to stop and take the animal to the vets. Some peoples I would presume are in to much of a hurry or don't want to waste precious time, lets just hope when their in need, others aren't in to much of a hurry.
I am not agree with your statement like it is ok save life but what does it mean to waste time. Time is so precious for everyone how can we waste. We have to learn time management. So don't waste time but be careful for your time.
