I have been buying domains for several years mostly for small projects that I think I will undertake someday, for actual use in my primary line of work (non web), or just because I thought it was cool that it was available. In the last two weeks I sold a music related domain for $250 to an end user who contacted me through whois info, and then sought out a buyer for a Spanish (property sales oriented) dot com domain name and found a buyer within the appropriate field and sold it for $1000. Because of these sales I am interested in paying more attention to this and would like advice from those who have made many four digit sales. I have questions such as: For every 1000 domains in your portfolio how many sales do you see a month? Is anyone else actively seeking end users and not just other domainers? Any other thoughts...
