advice selling an adsense site

    If I have a fairly new site that does $200 per month in adsense and I want to sell it for $1k what is the usual standard way to proove that the sites does what it does per month in adsense as I dont really want to grant access to my account to someone else?

    The standard way to prove it is to show traffic stats (analytics) screen shots and also your adsense screen shots for the last few months, but make sure you blank out the statistics.

    just show them the traffic stats, maybe just provide them your google analytics
