I have an advice question for you all.

Let's say that you purchased 6 months of advertising on 3 sites for $100. Two were PR4 and one was PR3. Nine days after you purchased this advertising, two of them were delisted from Google (a PR4 and a PR3). (thankfully I had my Link Checkup to inform me of this) :) What would be reasonable to say to the seller?

I know some of you will want to make joking replies (one of you comes to mind especially...nick starts with a M :)). But, I'm really looking to hear what you all think would be fair as far as what amount of funds should be returned or other arrangment. Thanks.

Personally, I would say that the site owner owes you a refund of $66. You were basically paying 5.55 per month per site per month and as you were not able to take a full month's advantage of two of the three, they should be refunded in full, leaving you with a 5.55 balance per month for one site for six months = 33.3; what they hell, they made .70.

However, what's right and what you're able to actually recover sans any written agreements are a whole other story.

    Good luck.
