    Hi guys,

I often spend most of my time over in the Google Adwords (PPC) forum as spend most my working day on Google Adwords.

However, as a 'hobby' and see how it goes, I'd like to build a website and be an affiiliate for Amazon and build it up over the weeks, months, years.

    My plan is this:

    - Choose a niche (which obviously has demand)
    - Build an astore
    - Integrate the store into a website which will also have a blog; articles; reviews etc relating to that product or theme of products, with links going from these blogs, articles, reviews to the actual product in the store.

With regards to marketing, I'd probably start off with the free, but time consuming tasks of writing and submitting articles, seo (for the articles, blogs).

Do you think this is the best way to begin? Basically the website will be theme orientated (depending on the niche I choose) and once people find the website (probably from a SEO'd article, forum sig, classified link etc) they'll then find the store which should cover what they were looking for.

Once I find products that sell, I'll move onto pay per click as that's what I'm best at.

Any advice on the above would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Steve

Have you thought of including squidoo lens' as part of your plan as it is great tool for Amazon Affiliates. You have the option of including the Amazon module on your lens where you can display your products and point to your lens from articles that deals with a specific problem relating to your product.

    Well done
