The biggest problems I've had with my host is having all my sites go down due to a virus or something that told me on the phone. They also don't allow their users to transfer their sites if they wish to sell them.......I'm not building any more sites with them, and I'm now using a new hosting company for my newer sites.

hey, 100s of requests per hour isn't that bad. not sure why they banned your ip.

if you suspect that you didn't do all those 100s of requests, maybe you should scan your workstation for viruses and adware. ;)

Alcohol + Obsessive compulsive refresh = me losing bandwidth :( I don't think my host would actually ban my ip though. They seem to not care as long as i keep content up.

whenever I have to change my monthly package, there's a 50% chance I will lose access to everything for 24-48 hours, not very happy about that!
