Personally I would get rid of the orange ovals.

They looks a little strange since they are not transparent, all thw white around them make them sort of stick out.

Possibly try just regualr tables (or divs if you can) for your content boxes.

I think it looks alright but could just use a little refining.

 

I logo is must go!
If you are gonna add satrs add in the whole background, or let it white!
The buttons are very nice, very very simple

thanks for the advice, i was gonna use this layout buts its too awkward to work with and make my job much harder with little or no + outcomes

 

i have re-done the logo (yet again) and have made something that i am actually happy with, http://just-4-teens.com/Untitled-1.php the template would probally make a good blog skin aswell cos thats the feel it gives me when i look at it

hehe you make a graphical header and its too much, you make a simple one and its not enough, i suppose it depends on your taste do you like a site that takes a while to loads but is packed with loads of really nice images or one that loads quickly and is a simple clean design?

 

no (just 4 teens) it depends on the site theme
and i think your site theme NEEDS to have some graphical work and mybe some youths pic

 

I don't like the color scheme. It's not looking very professionell that way. I think a simple header is just fine. Bu as I said, your colors don't seem to fit...

 

thx for the comments but i dont make my sites to be professional looking simply because teens like things that are more cheesy then professional, i make my sites to make the teen visiter feel relaxed and safe and i also like to let them know that this site is there for them and will help all it can to solve there problems, not a site that looks like its been made by robots or some nerd that sites on his ass in an office all day (no offense) i like to let them also know that i know how it feels to be them (cos i do) and you can probally see that by the way the content is written, and as i said to someone earlier almost 95% of the teens i ask like the site/its idea/and the content and i would much rather use there ideas then someone that dosnt work within the same category as me.

also i had this idea suggested to me today, change the background color now and then to keep the people interested. what you think of that.
