Advice On Soap/xml

    I have been trying to find a programmer to add a shopping feed to my website. I already posted in the services-programming section but no luck in finding some one who is fluent in XML + SOAP.

    Can anyone suggest where I can find some programming support for this?

    Which programming language is the module to be written in (.Net, PHP etc)? I assume it is to generate the webservice rather than consume one

    PHP ... I have most of the script provided, but need it to be set up. It is for a feed to display products on my website.
