Advice On Selling My PR4 Domain

Ok, so recently I was browsing through godaddy and stumbled across a PR4 domain which went for $12.

    It has valid pagerank 4

it has a few pr6 .edu links pointing to it
a few pr4 .gov links pointing to it
a few other pr links pointing to it
    it's indexed in Google

I guess I’m really lucky to find this domain unless I’m missing something, but I’ve brought it now anyway. If it is worthless then I have only lost a $25.

So the auction has finished and I have won it. Godaddy now requires me to pay $12 for the domain plus $12 to renew it, so I’ve paid that, and I now have to wait 1 week before godaddy release the domain to me. Is this 1 week waiting a standard thing?

I have a feeling that the visible pagerank will disappear once the domain transfers to me, has anyone got any experience with this? Did you keep the pagerank after winning a godaddy auction?

Should I keep my whois details private?

    Any advice would be appreciated.
