Advice on Ringtone Site

Thought I'd finally dip my toe in and test out ringtone offers. I threw together Sanjaya Malakar Ringtones and am getting lots of cheap traffic. Problem is conversion is a dreadful 1% or so off of clickthroughs!

Appreciate any advice on how to improve this site. I've been running the Send Me Ringtone offer, but just switched to Dada which is doing even worse. I originally had a very attractive iFrame of the Send Me Rintones landing page incorporated into this site, but it generated an error message when the phone number was entered.

    Thanks for your help!

I have very low sales or leads from free ringtone offers. Most people read fine print and realize they are better off paying the 99 cents for a ringtone then filling out free offer that bills you $9.95 a month.

who the hell would want their phone ringing with his horrible voice!?!@# I dont even know why that fool is still on idol.

Anwyay, I would suggest you get a professional made landing page. I wouldnt know what to do if i was looking for sanjay ringtone and ended up at that site, there is just to much going on.

good luck with this. i personally think that ppl would rather buy ringtones of the artist, not a glorified karaoke singer

Yeah, nobody makes money on ringtones

    Anyway . . .

I would make a little better landing page. do a google search for bonus ringtone and see what the average ringtone landing page looks like. Then try to copy that.

to this i disagree. you will only have limited success with a copy of others work, because that is what everyone else is doing. try to be creative, and new elements, functionality, maybe a little php!
and dont just follow the cash.... do what Jacquimo from Thumbelina says and "Follow your Heart"

    :D

organic traffic has been working great for me....no PPC campaigns running thus far....$200 total earning last month from Azoogle and CpaEmpire.....

getting sms scripts/ringtone creation scripts can help in bringing in traffic

first thing I would say is take off that banner. If its not urs why is there. If you are going to do landing page for ringtones than do just that and not add some adsense and banners that will take away from your sales.

    p.s
    I hate American Idol......

wish i had that domain though :) or a misspelling of somesort..

Sorry but having the Adsense down at the bottom WILL NOT take away from sales :)

Exactly, if someone is going to scroll all the way to the bottom they generally aren't going to signup anyway, check you heatmap. also some of the payout on the content networks are pretty good for ringtone related kw's, so keep the adsense.

as for the site. you should make it VERY idol themed, with that dooshbag's pictures all css'ed pretty in there. then put a few carrier buttons to make it idiot proof.
