Advice on Purchasing Email List & Email sending software

    Hi,

    I am in the process of launching my site which discusses ways to make money, has a directory of online services and a classified ads page.. I need a list of email addresses. I came across the site americaint.com which sells 1 million email ids for $35/- Is there anyone who has used this list? They claim it to be cleaned regularly. Also Could anyone advice on the best available email sending software...constantcontact, vericalresponse etc seem to be very expensive,

    You obviously don't know that spam is considered illegal. For that volume of email sending you need to go extra mile in ensuring you don't get caught and prosecuted. I suggest going the safer route, building you own list of email with permission based marketing. that's especially easy in the money making/Internet marketing niche.     It is not illegal to send to an email list. The only laws regulating the sending of email lists is the Can Spam Act. Google it and you will know all the laws.

    It's better to build your own list. You don't even know what niche those people in. If you get untargeted list, you won't make a sale, because they won't be interested in your niche. Also, it's possible if those emails have been spammed to death by a lot of spammers who purchased it before you and the email owners are now sick of it and they don't check their email anymore or they create new email.

    Not to sound mean but don't waste your time with email a list that is not personally connected to you in other words don't SPAM ANYONE

    Second build your own list don't look for an easy route, I mean sure there are several ways to build you list pretty fast but buying a list is a no go

    Isaiah, The only way to build your own list is to make a webform on your site and import it into excel. If you go without "Spamming Anyone" you will never get new clients. What do you think commercials are? What do you think marketing is? Getting your name out there, any way you can, to people who will give you business. I am not trying to be mean or rude, just trying to help educate everyone. I have been in business for a long time and am very successful at it. I will be starting a call center soon because I can't handle all the business I am getting with my current staff. Like I said, I am just trying to help everyone. Don't take me the wrong way.
