    Try tools like feedback, A/B testing, etc. Good to get direct feedback from customer than someone just visiting your website for sake for viewing. If your message it to increase traffic, and alexa ranking, good luck then. I contributed one visit :)

    It needs to have public comment section that people can talk on without having to sign up first. Otherwise it's fairly well put together.

    In my view, site look-n-feel is a bit outdated. But it works really fast which is good.

    Not bad! I would have the buy button a bit bigger and the home page a bit less overcrowded, but overall good.
