    Hi

I currently own a fashion accessories ecommerce site that is doing ok. Most of our traffic comes from SEO/natural listings and Google PPC. We also maintain our existing customers through email marketing.

We have a good conversion rate and offer many well-known brands which sell well.

We have a Affiliate Future affiliate programe but at present it gives us very little in the way of traffic or sales.

We have done some magazine advertising but found it to give a very poor ROI.

I am sure that there is alot of opportunity to grow in the way of exposure but not sure what to focus on next? I don't have alot of budget available but do have some and can get more if the marketing is promising.

Here are some of my ideas....

Shopping Directories (Bizrate, Kelkoo, MSN Shopping, etc).
Focus on Affiliate Future affiliate programe.
Move to bigger affiliate company (e.g. Commision Junction).
Hire a PR company to gain us exposure in magazine editorials.

Are there any other channels that I have missed? What would you do next?

    Paul

its not always you get lot of affiliates from network .. Do contact websites which you feel can generate revenues for you and ask them to promote your affiliate program (Also you can send them your affiliate link to save 5% of commission ).
