Advice on my programming career choices - please!

I'm really hoping for some advice on my current programming career choices. It has been bugging me for months now and I'm hoping I can get feedback from programmers regarding my situation.

I made a blog post today so if you have time please read it and give me some advice! I would really appreciate it!

Good design but it takes time to load

 

If you want to advertise for freelance work, it doesn't hurt to do so on as many sites as possible. Dreamincode.net , Daniweb.com , Devshed.com and some sites similar to this one, but more programming related.

 

Programming isn't about the language, it is about the ability to do something in any language given the requirement.
