advice on my keywords

    2. mma social network
    3. mma forum
    4. mma forums
    5. mma community

    any help would be great thanks

    I am not qualified in seo but those seem not good. All of them are high competition keywords

    PPC or article marketing?

    As Radamel mentioned, these are highly competitive KWs. Drill deeper and broader.

    Off the top of my cranium...

    mix martial arts training tips
    mma training tips
    getting started in mma
    mma dieting tips
    free mma training tips

    Take any of those terms, plug'em into the google kw tool and drill even deeper.

    the keywords i described in the first post the keyword tool told me they were low competition how did you find out they were high competition? maybe im using it wrong?
