Advice on LLC

    I have a client that wants to set up a LLC with me. He mentioned placing me in a treasurers position. Of course I will speak with a CPA and a lawyer but first I want to sound it out with the real pulse of what is happening in the business world.

    He is in Australia and I live in the USA.

    Has anyone set up a LLC with a foreign business or does anyone have advice. I would really appreciate any comments

    Will this be a US registered LLC? Not sure if they use that term in Australia, but just wanted to clarify.
