Not to be picky - the links blend in to much... The link color is very similar to the background color. It almost makes them disappear. I had to check for awhile before I found your ads on the side.

    A couple things to do...

    - Investigate a couple different color schemes.

    - Get rid of the borders around the 160X600 ads.

    - Get rid of the top ad. Even though you may make some money, it may be a turn off for people clicking on the higher paying ads down in your content.

    - Get rid of the affilate ads between your site links and google adsense.

    - Since you are dealing with a serious topic - skin care, health, etc... You may want to make your logo a bit more serious. You want people to feel your are a credible resource.

    - I would also possibly look into get rid of the 160X600 and integrating a large rectangle directly into your content. No borders. Use a <div> to have your text wrap around.

    Good luck.

I try to make the ads fit into the color scheme of the site. I don't like to see anything flashy and out of the normal for the page.

Try some adlinks in the top (or close to the top) of your left side navigation.

Insert your adsense code into the body of the document (yes, it will take work for all the pages, etc, but it’ll be worth it later). Try inserting adsense 468x60 just under ‘In Short those who want to live, not exist’ and to the right of the happy, care free young lady looking at the dolphin swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

The flashing banner distracts from adsense, so use these with caution for it will cost you in the long run.

Perhaps can the background of the current 468x60 code and using the color of the shadow from your title WHAT A FEELING.

Good looking site by the way

I would advice you to probably blend in the text with the layout of your page, you know, make it the same color. Also, many webmasters have their banners on the left hand site. I would try maybe placing it on the right of your site where traditionally the menu for sites are.

Google themselves offers some tips. If you have overhead leaderboards, make them boarderless.
