Advice on Google Quality Score

Wanted to get advice on how to improve the quality score at the following site: panic attacks

The current score is set at poor and would like to improve it. The site was a victim on the last google slap. Its based on a wordpress and the subject is on panic attacks, panic disorders. Those are two of the keywords as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's a pretty solid site, move it to a new domain and see what happens.

 

Based on the info he's given that seems like pretty extreme advice.
