Hi, I don't really come here too often but was wondering if anyone had experience finding partners for online businesses together. Basically I have a large number of domains/sites, and many online businesses but its getting to the point where I can't really run them all alone and don't know anyone with a decent knowledge of computers/programming/business that I would trust enough to bring on board. So what I've been contemplating doing is putting out ads in a few places looking for someone who would be interested in working in a revenue sharing type scenario where they would have no investment whatsoever but am unsure if this is the way to go. I was thinking of maybe hiring someone and putting them in charge of one or two sites in the beginning then gradually expanding their responsibilities as I gain more trust in them. So does anyone have any thoughts or advice on how to go about finding a digital business partner?
