Advice on E-Commerce script and i also need a designer..

Hi.
I would like to set up a website with a similar design to the site below:
http://www.filthyfox.co.uk/home.php

I would like to know if there are any free or cheap shopping scripts that i could use and also have someone design it so that the script fits in with a design similar to the example website.
