Can anyone explain how does the process of buying and selling .de and .co.uk domain extension works? I heard that if you sell .de it has to be bought by someone who lives in Germany, is that true? Looking for your advices!

Yes, you have to have a physical address in Germany to own a .de... anyone in the world can buy a .co.uk domain, though.
